Myrtle Beach is home to South Carolina’s largest Waterpark, Myrtle Waves. Located on Hwy 17 Bypass at 10th Ave. North in Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Waves is just down the street from Broadway at the Beach and NASCAR Speedpark. This waterpark uses over 1.2 million gallons of water to host over thirty waterslides and attractions. There is something at Myrtle Waves for every member of the family to enjoy.
Guests can plan to spend the day by renting one of the cabanas. Daily rental comes with lounge chairs, table, free large locker, two free tube rentals and food and beverage discounts. Free delivery of food is also available.
Visitors who want to lounge poolside will find that there are chairs available on a first come, first serve basis and shaded pavilions to eat under. Food is available from the snack bar which includes funnel cake, ice cream, pizza, and more. Tropical Trading Post carries souvenirs. Myrtle Waves has lifeguards on duty during normal operating hours. There are showering and changing facilities, lockers for rent and handicap accessible restrooms.
Season passes, daily and group tickets are available. The park is open on weekends only before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. From Memorial Day to Labor Day the park is open seven days per week. Parking and guests under two years old are free. Prices for all other guests will vary based on height. There are some restrictions on certain rides based on height.
